Kendal, at the SLC airport, ready to leave for his 7 day cruise from Miami, on the ship Carnival Glory, visiting the Bahamas, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, & Grand Turk--with many hours in airports, and a 4 hour bus ride from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami.
Kendal, Nate, Donovan, Jason, Travis, & Jason G.
Friday we went to Arco, ID and the Lost River Valley to Aunt Mary's husband, (Uncle Brooks Buxton) funeral. Dad was asked to sing The Test. Grandma King tried to come, but she had a very bad cold, with a cough. Uncle Brent went with us.
Dad giving the lesson about King mountain and other areas of importance.
It was very cold and windy.
Uncle Bruce and Aunt Elaine.
Uncle Barry, Aunt Elva, Uncle Steve and Aunt Laurie
I just had to take this picture of Uncle Brent talking to this "Cowboy".
The back of Grandpa Paul's headstone. You can't see Dad's name of the headstone because of the snow. I had on flats and did not want to step in the snow to get a better shot.
Grandpa Paul and Uncle Greg's headstones still surrounded by the hard March snow.
Aunt Elva, Dad and Kendal, after a yummy, typical Funeral meal.
Look at those "King" features. Uncle Brent, Uncle Steve, Aunt Mary and Dad.
I finally made some apple butter. Now the peach jam will last longer.
