summer 2016- AZ, & Bluth Reunion in Mexico

Prescott Valley, AZ. There were no hotel rooms to be found, except for a few at an outrageous price. Some big event was going on at the time, so we put up the tent in the Kleinman's back yard . I didn't hear any complaints! They were good sport.

  Breakfast at Zekes.

On the way to Mexico we needed to stop by  Thatcher, AZ and leave as much of Aubrey's college stuff as possible.

Exploring the surroundings while getting to know Enola Mcdougal. The nice person who let Aubrey store her things in her garage.

Summer evening in Thatcher, AZ. We couldn't find a swimming pool that had not been treated with a shock treatment. We ended up at the splash pad park.

I didn't take pictures of being at the pink store in Palomas Mexico.  Everyone enjoyed shopping. Then,  we were Dublan bound.

We ate and swam into the evening........

......then started swimming the next morning.

We went, all 13 of us, in the Suburban to eat some lunch in Casas Grandes. Tortas, tacos, quesadillas. all around! and don't forget the chilled manzana lift, and bottled water,

This is on the fence in back of Taco Rosas. very authentic

Paletas too. They are a must, as much as possible!

 Free time, then family games.

cousin bonding time, especially for Aubrey who can't get enough of cute babies

 Mariachi's
 A trip to Pacheco.
The little boys enjoying the sling shots purchased at The Pink Store.

The lane, the creek, and visiting the place where grandma Bluth grew up and the place Grandma & Grandpa Bluth later bought from the Lunts.

Tired people on the drive back to Dublan.

 More swimming....

 Saturday evening enchilada dinner.
Everyone loved it. Notice all the empty plates.
Sam & Marco really really enjoyed jumping. like a lot!!!!

Kendal & Claire left Saturday evening, so I didn't get a group picture. This is the group Sunday after church.

BYU VB & Temple Square

BYU campus. We walked up the steep stairs from the Smith Field House. Enjoyed the BYU book store, as usual.

Yum,  ice cream. I got burnt almond fudge, in honor of Grandma Peirce. She almost always had that flavor in her freezer.

The Smith Field House is an amazing place to be for the home VB games. BYU shocked us all and lost the match but still, great fun to be there in person.

Music & the Spoken Word is one of my favorite things. Since there were no meetings, due to the Temple dedication, we went to Temple Square before heading home.

So cool to watch the Sister missionaries start their tours in all the languages.

Spring is on its way!
